In this paper, the nonlocal elasticity theory is applied to study propagation of plane wave and Rayleigh-type surface in an incompressible, rotating transversely isotropic material. The governing equations motion for rotating, elastic medium are specialized a plane. assumed about axis perpendicular transverse isotropy taken surface. first derive velocity equation homogeneous wave. along with traction free boundary conditions also secular speed Rayleigh speeds computed illustrated graphically observe effects nonlocality, rotation, anisotropy, frequency direction. It noticed from numerical results that both decrease sharply increase parameter or rotation parameter. logarithmically anisotropy material feasible ranges parameters existence determined given when values other fixed.
